In June 2014 Bandon Dunes/Biota hired Bandon Well and Pump Company to bulldoze a road, sink an irrigation well and two geological bore holes in the 280 acres of Bandon State Park that the resort hopes to acquire for a golf course. They never informed the Parks Department. This kind of construction activity is directly contrary to their agreement with Parks, which allows for “non-intrusive” testing only.
